Hi, I'm Ashley, the photographer behind Ashley Juelg Photography, based in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. As a mom of four, I understand how precious life’s little moments can be. I believe that photography is the perfect way to preserve those fleeting times, and I’m here to help you capture them in a way that feels as real and special as they truly are.

I earned my BFA in Photography from East Carolina University, where I honed my technical skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art of visual storytelling. After graduating, I had the incredible opportunity to work in New York City, where I gained valuable experience in both commercial and editorial photography as well as editing and retouching for Conde Nast publications and weekly magazines. Working in one of the most dynamic cities in the world taught me how to think creatively, work under pressure, and always strive for excellence—skills I now bring to every session I shoot.

While my background in NYC taught me the power of storytelling through images, it was returning to the quieter, more personal rhythms of Ocean City that really deepened my passion for connecting with people through my lens. Now, as a mom of four and a local business owner, I find joy in capturing the real, unposed moments—whether it’s a family’s laughter on the beach, a couple’s intimate exchange during their wedding vows, or a small business's branding photos that speak to their mission.

I truly believe photography is about more than just taking pictures; it’s about connecting with people and telling their unique stories. My goal is always to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, so you can simply be yourself in front of the camera. Great photos happen when you’re not worried about posing or perfection – they happen when you’re present in the moment.
